Dr. A. Pratapa Reddy is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with nearly two decades of experience in engineering education, institutional leadership, research, and academic governance. As the Principal of SVS Group of Institutions, Hanumakonda, he is committed to fostering academic excellence, innovation, quality assurance, and holistic student development.
He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad. Throughout his professional career, he has held several prestigious academic and administrative positions, contributing significantly to curriculum development, faculty mentoring, research promotion, accreditation activities, and institutional growth.
Under his leadership, the institution strives to deliver industry-oriented education through Outcome-Based Education (OBE), experiential learning, interdisciplinary research, digital transformation, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, and NBA standards. Dr. Pratapa Reddy has made significant contributions to research in emerging technologies. His research focuses on intelligent networking, cloud security, artificial intelligence, machine learning, wireless communication, healthcare analytics, and optimization techniques. His scholarly work has been published in reputed international journals and conference proceedings indexed by IEEE, Scopus, Elsevier, and UGC CARE.
