Statutory Compliance
Committees for Smooth Day‑to‑Day Functioning
For smooth day-to-day functioning, the following committees are formed as per AICTE and JNTUH guidelines. Each committee operates with clear terms of reference, ensuring transparency, safety, academic integrity, and grievance redressal across the institution.

College Academic Committee
Oversees academic planning, curriculum delivery, examination schedules, and adherence to academic calendar. Ensures quality assurance, lesson plan monitoring, and coordination between departments for seamless academic operations.
AICTE Mandate

Malpractice Prevention Committee
Prevents and addresses unfair means during examinations. Conducts regular awareness sessions, monitors exam halls, investigates reported cases, and recommends penalties as per University ordinances to uphold academic integrity.
JNTUH Guidelines

General Grievance Committee
Addresses academic and ragging-related grievances from students, faculty, and staff. Provides a formal platform for complaint registration, timely inquiry, and resolution ensuring fairness and confidentiality.

Women Protection Cell
Dedicated cell for addressing grievances related to sexual harassment. Ensures a safe, respectful environment for female students and staff. Conducts gender sensitization programs and complies with UGC (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) regulations.

SC & ST Grievances Committee
Monitors and resolves grievances of SC/ST students and employees. Ensures implementation of reservation policies, scholarships, and constitutional protections. Promotes an inclusive campus free from caste-based discrimination.

Anti Ragging Committee
As per UGC/AICTE regulations, this committee proactively prevents ragging through awareness campaigns, surprise checks, and strict disciplinary action. Maintains a ragging-free campus with zero tolerance.

Anti Ragging Squad
A mobile, rapid-response team that conducts regular patrols in hostels, canteens, and classrooms. Works in coordination with Anti Ragging Committee to immediately address any ragging incident. Includes student representatives and faculty members.

Governance, Transparency & Student Welfare
These statutory committees function under the overall supervision of the Principal and the Governing Body. Each committee has a designated chairperson, member secretary, and representation from faculty, non-teaching staff, and student nominees. Grievance boxes, online complaint portals, and open-door policies ensure timely redressal. Regular reports are submitted to the University and AICTE as part of annual compliance.
